```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Alignment with team Values, Mission, and Vision
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire Real Estate process
- Stay up-to-date with local Real Estate market trends and regulations
- Collaborate with other Real Estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders and attorneys
- Maintain Zillow's conversion metrics
- Input all leads in CRM with status, source, and conversation notes

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and other professionals
- Customer service-oriented mindset to provide exceptional service to clients
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $96,965.66 - $200,775.84 per year
