- Prepare project plans and drive the project from conception and planning to implementation. Participate in the development of strategies and processes.
- Apply engineering and project management knowledge while leading multi-discipline resources to meet project requirements within established timeframes and budgets.
- Oversee translation of business requirements into technical development, integration, performance and production readiness timelines, milestones, risks.
- Manage project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.
- Maintain and communicate project plan to product teams and executives. Escalate key issues effectively.
- Establish and assure adherence to schedules, work plans, and performance requirements while meeting high quality standards.
- Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services.
- Interface and coordinate with all teams to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.
- Work with all cross functional teams to ensure deliverables are driven, communicated and products built to the highest standards.
- 3+ years' combined experience in engineering and project management
- BS in Engineering or related discipline
- Experience project managing complex, cross functional projects
- Experience in a project management office capacity supporting Project Managers and executives
- Knowledge of product design workflow relevant to the semiconductor equipment manufacturing process
- Strong Hardware engineering background with a passion for delivering high quality products
- Proven track record of managing development projects throughout project lifecycle
- An independent worker and self-starter who acts on issues with little guidance
- Excellent communication and cross-boundary collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, and advanced problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum models and ability to critique work of self and others constructively
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Eligibility to legally work in the United States
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Semiconductor capital equipment experience
- Hardware development experience
- Sit, bend, and reach with hands and arms
- Lift approximately 20-25 lbs. on occasion
- Stand and move throughout the office
- Have consistent and reliable attendance
- Work under pressure with changing, ambiguous priorities
- Communicate effectively and promptly to clients or employees of the organization.
- High level of manual dexterity to adeptly type and use computer equipment.
- Auditory and visual skills – Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Follow written and oral instructions and procedures independently
- Escalates as appropriate and in a timely manner to management
- Will be required to complete a background check.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$125,000 + bonus & benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech"s location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors: job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
