Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc has partnered with a Northern Dayton client to help them search and qualify candidates for their R&D Mechanical Engineers. They are looking for Junior to Senior level candidates.
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Identify, observe and understand customer pain points and problems to find solutions.
- Prioritize and validate ideas according to technical and economic criteria.
- Observation and evaluation of potential new technology and market trends.
- Advanced research and development of new technologies and new innovations based on market and customer research, needs, pain points, requirements and regional standards.
- Provide innovative engineering solutions for ware washing.
- Innovative thinkers
- Experience with designing from scratch
- 3D modeling experience
- Knowledge of FEA
- Within the first 90 days there would be one 3-4 week trip to Germany for onboarding. After year one and the onboarding experience, 3-5 total weeks per year over 2-3 trips.
