Rally Camps is now hiring a Site Director for our summer youth baseball and softball camps throughout Calabasas and Sherman Oaks.
Rally Summer Camps is looking for a Site Director in Sherman Oaks and Calabasas who is energetic, positive, and who love to inspire our youth to make good choices and be accountable for their actions and decisions - all while having a great time! We provide the equipment, training, and curriculum. You provide the leadership that will help our campers have a wonderful learning experience and leave camp with new friends and an appreciation for the importance of personal accountability.

We are looking a Site Director who:
- Is an experienced leader, self-starter, and excellent communicator
- Is passionate about creating a positive impact on the lives of children, families, coaches, and the local community
- Has experience working with children ages 4-13
- Has a passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging and energetic way
- Is able to connect with children both one-on-one and in a group setting
- Is acutely aware of both physical and emotional safety, coupled with the ability to problem-solve in real time
- Leads by example with strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude
- Is dependable and reliable; someone we can count on to be there, no matter what.

Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
- Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp
- Execute Rally Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the General Manager
- Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
- Highlight teachable moments for campers and coaches to learn and grow from
- Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Rally Camps stellar reputation
Qualifications for the Site Director position:
- Be prepared to make a 9 week commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day
- Rally Camps run every week from June 17, 2024 to August 16, 2024
- Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation of your own
- Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
- Be a polished professional with demonstrated leadership ability
- At times be responsible for driving a rented cargo van & having a safe space to park it (Rally Camps covers the cost of fuel for the van)
- At a minimum, you must be familiar with the basic fundamentals of baseball
- Be ready to have fun and not take yourself too seriously
Camp Locations include:
- Calabasas
- Sherman Oaks
Our Interview Process:
After your application is submitted, here is what you can expect next:
- Receive an invitation to complete a one-way interview
- Complete a 15 minute virtual interview with our Rally Camps General Manager
- Complete a 20 minute virtual interview with our Executive Director
- Final decision!
Compensation:
Pay is based on skill level and experience. The weekly range for this position is $1,200 to $1,500 per week.
