Radio Station Admin

We are a Radio Station with an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a part-time clerical position specializing in scheduling commercial traffic and billing. Clerical and data entry preferred. Media background preferred but not required. The position is a contract-hire position that may evolve into more at a later point. We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours per week M-F. There is a small amount of flexibility on the specific hours (ie: 8a-12p, 9p-1p, or 10a-2p, etc.)

Traffic Duties:

• Assemble official commercial/programming log for assigned Radio Station(s).
• Accurately inputting sales orders and copy instructions, and scheduling commercials.
• Performing daily reconciliation of logs.
• Completing affidavits.

Billing Duties:

• Running monthly credit cards and keeping billing records.
• Sending invoices and receiving payments with a detailed record.
• Compiling monthly sales reports

The ideal candidate will be reliable and highly organized. They will be highly organized, have the ability to accurately and quickly input data, and maintain accurate records. Any other skills they can bring to the table to help a Radio Station (ie: social media, graphic design, board-operation etc) could potentially help set them apart from other candidates. They must be a team-player with a positive attitude.

The office is in downtown Allen, TX but there is "some" potential WFH opportunity (possibly 1 day per week.)
