Racquet And Court Shop Attendant

Are you passionate about racquet sports and enjoy providing exceptional customer service? Look no further. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join Estero Country Club employment team as a Racquet and Court Shop Attendant.

No Experience Necessary! This part-time position offers training, employee lunches, a year-end bonus, and a competitive starting pay of $14 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet club members and assist them with their needs regarding Racquet and Court equipment, apparel, and accessories.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice on product selection, based on members' preferences and skill levels.
• Handle club member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure smooth shop operations and overall member satisfaction.

Requirements:

Work shifts are Monday through Thursday and Sundays.

• Genuine interest and knowledge in racquet sports, including tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage club members effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems preferred (training provided if necessary).
• Availability to work a part-time schedule consisting of four-hour day shifts to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to fulfilling assigned shifts.

Qualifications:

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly shop
• Previous experience in Court Shop sales is a plus
