Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop floor
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using technology and comfortable with technology sales
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, fluency in English is required
Schedule:
-Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday from about 11-6 (times and days may change)
