- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
-Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in retail sales minimum 2/3 years
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to upsell products and provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the -phone -booking airboat rides selling ticket and organize tours with airboat CPT
- not afraid with birds ( parrot and cockatiel) daily procedure
