About the Role
The Government Services Department focuses on the provision of asset verification for federal, state and county agencies who determine eligibility for publicly funded programs. You must be able to work out of the office 5 days a week in Evanston, IL.
Responsibilities
- Conducting quality control on processed requests, bad requests, etc. for the Data Entry Team.
- Maintaining and creating policies and procedures. Update and create documentation as required for our contracts and annual reviews.
- Reviewing, developing and implementing process improvements, departmental goals and objectives. Create enhancements and process/procedural improvements for efficiency.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual reports as requested.
- Conducting performance reviews, and career development discussions at least bi-annually with direct reports
- Ensuring compliance with all contracts based on service level agreements for asset verification products.
- Assisting with audits and security questionnaires when needed.
- Maintain and create policies and procedures. Update and create documentation as required for our contracts and annual reviews.
- Completing Financial Institution reimbursement invoicing for all AVS Programs.
- Ensuring compliance with all contracts-based service level agreements for asset verification products.
Requirements
- College Degree preferred. High School diploma required.
- Have excellent organizational, documentation, written and verb skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to adapt to various communication methods including telephone, in-person, email, Webinars and video conferencing.
- Be able to obtain SSA Security Clearance as a condition of employment.
- Be able to work some company holidays with compensation (day after Independence Day, day after Thanksgiving, etc.).
- Able to achieve and maintain positive rapport with diverse customers to provide high quality, responsive.
- Be skilled in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Pick up, sort incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
- Must follow-up with Financial Institutions on requests with missing account information (bad requests) to obtain the correct information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
