BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Identify and assess current and future training needs for group and individual training plans.
  • Design, develop, and deploy a diversified assortment of digital training methods including job specific, video, custom training modules, assessments, and quizzes on our eLearning platform.
  • Continuously evaluating and recommending learning and development systems and programs.
  • Manage inhouse and partner delivered courses from contract execution to delivery and evaluation.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI, and assimilate data for metrics reporting.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and industry practices.
  • Manage instructional technology to include authoring systems and online learning platforms such as EdApp
  • Develop KPI’s and provide surveys, analytics, and return on investment data with roll out of training programs.
  • Ensure training content meets the needs of all audiences.
  • Plan and track the most effective use of funds allocated to assigned learning projects.
  • Monitor projects and report on project status to ensure on time delivery of all training needs.
  • Deliver specific training programs via video calls or training status updates with field leadership teams.
  • Serve as a team lead for activities and results as assigned.
  • Partner with our Product, HR, Loss Prevention, and Marlin Bar leaders to enhance the understanding of current, upcoming, and changes made across all lines of business.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years’ experience implementing training programs and events.
  • Experience with rapid instructional systems design (ISD) technology tools such as EdApp, Canva, or Adobe Create Suite.
  • Experience working with and making pitches to a broad range of levels – from emerging talent to executive leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office tools, MS Teams and MS Forms.
  • Experience developing and delivering training content.
  • Preferred experience with graphics design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience working at the enterprise level in technology as well as internal client services capacity.
  • Strong service aptitude.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Successfully assist in new technology implementations including programs, systems, and procedures.

  • Proficient at facilitating meetings for large or small groups.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to change.
