Form of workRegal Brands is searching for a Quality Control Technician to play a vital role in ensuring our decorative doorknobs and cabinet hardware are up to our high quality standards. This position starts at $21.00 per hour and works Monday-Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm at our facility at I-70 and Monaco. This is an ideal position for a person with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with their hands.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Regal Brands family of companies produce decorative hardware products ranging from vintage interior handle sets to hinges and cabinet hardware, representing a wide range of styles and décor. Our quality control team unpacks inbound parts, arranges them for inspection, repacks them after inspection, and performs minor alterations as needed to ensure parts fit correctly. This position is vital to ensure pieces are up to our high quality standards. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Moving boxes into appropriate areas.
- Unpacking products, arranging them for inspection, and repacking once they have been inspected.
- Performing minor alterations on parts as needed.
- Sorting and labeling parts by defect.
- Maintaining an organized and tidy workspace.
Who we are seeking in an applicant:
We are happy to train a motivated individual for this position, quality control experience is preferred but not necessary. Other qualifications we are looking for include:
- Strength and stamina to regularly lift boxes weighing 50 pounds.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and remain standing for the entirety of a shift.
- Good math, reading, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience using hand tools such as rotary tools, and drills.
- Ability to use measuring tools in both metric and imperial measurements.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!
