Are you a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail? We're seeking Quality Control Technicians to ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. Here's what you need to know:
Position Purpose:
As a Quality Control Technician, your primary responsibility is to conduct inspections of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and documented standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize metrology equipment to perform precise measurements.

• Follow Process Instructions (PI) to verify accuracy of measurements across multiple departments.

• Conduct First Article inspections using blueprint drawings.

• Collaborate with the Quality Department Manager to enhance quality processes and address discrepancies.

• Report any deviations from tolerances during in-process inspections.

• Complete auditing tasks in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Adhere to safety procedures at all times.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skillset Necessary:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Preferably at least one year of experience in Quality Control.

• Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.

• Basic computer skills for data entry.

• Familiarity with measurement equipment and techniques.

• Ability to interpret blueprints is a plus.

• Knowledge of metrology tools and GD&T is preferred.

• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and ISO standards is advantageous.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Combination of office and production environment with varying physical demands.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, with teamwork.

• Utilization of eye-hand coordination and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility to move between departments and buildings for collaboration.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
