This is an entry level position working in a manufacturing environment. You will gain experiences by working closely with the Quality team. This position is located at our Emerson/Rosemount Facility.

If you are a Quality Production Inspector looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity located in Boulder, CO. This is an entry level position working in a manufacturing environment. You will gain experiences by working closely with the Quality team. This position is located at our Emerson/Rosemount Facility.
As a Quality Production Inspector You will:
- Prepare Quality Assurance documentation and document packages for production orders
- Perform and release inspection dimensional/visual characteristics of material, parts and assemblies under guidance of a Quality Technician.
- Record inspection results for company and customer reviews; compile data on PC. Electronic and paper files will be created
- Manage electronic data
- Scanning of MTRs into an electronic data base
- Other clerical duties as required
Who You Are:

Required Education, Experience & Skill:
- Ability to read engineering-controlled prints
- Good organizational skills
- Basic PC skills and computer experience
- Basic knowledge of hand tools (calipers, thread gages, ring gages, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn and develop within the Quality Assurance field
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs (some heavy lifting required)
- Communicates effectively, interface with production for problem resolution
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
- Mechanical inspection experience a plus
