LEADERSHIP
  • Ability to navigate and govern a diverse, virtual and variably matrixed team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Client, On-Account, engaged PDS teams as well as other key stakeholders.
  • Grow and develop PDS network inclusive of platform AMER PDS PMO expertise, Enterprise PDS/PMO leadership and Variable PDS teams/regional/global leadership
  • Develop understanding of PDS specialty services and practices as well as build network of SME for: Design Solutions, Sustainability, Capital Planning, Project Controls, Multi-Site/Retail as well as RPM.
  • Proactively identify risks relative to reporting, data capture, processes or service interactions.
  • Contribute to an environment where on-account team and variable PDS team members are engaged, understand, and are committed to both corporate and client goals.
  • Consistently seek leading edge project management practices focused on delivering value to the client.
  • Serve as single point of contact for PDS on the account and key liaison between the Client/On-Account service leads and variably engaged PDS teams.
  • Escalation point for Client/On-Account and variable PDS team members.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
  • Responsible for variable PDS team end-to-end engagement including introduction and solicitation of service need, scope translation and variable proposal vet/adherence to MSA rate cards, as well as onboarding engaged team members to processes, technology and tools (inclusive of access) as well as expectations.
  • Ensure variable PDS team members are meeting and/or exceeding account metrics as well as maintaining a PDS PMO Data Health scope of 200 or higher (ideally a 250 or higher).
  • Drive new processes and changes as implemented from the AMER PDS PMO platform team, Account and/or Client and cascade to variable PDS team members. These include Process Development/Standardization, Improvement, Best Practices and Documentation.

KEY PRIORITIES
  • Manage, monitor and ensure variable PDS team adherence to Portfolio, Program and Project reporting - single source of truth for "meaningful" information
  • Project delivery partner on-boarding - variable project managers/alliance partners
  • Liaison between the Client/on-Account leadership back to PDS and JLL - S.P.O.C to filter needs from Client/on-account team and advise/engage on appropriate market resources and/or services.
  • Smooth handoffs - promote adherence to identified integrations and handoff junctures between services (Transactions, Project Management, Facility Management, etc)
  • Participate in the occasional ad-hoc project site visit (tours with transactions team, Client and on-Account team on large/high profile projects)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Seven years of documented, progressive experience in project, operations, or PMO management with knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, Project Management and/or Construction.
  • Extensive experience in a client-focused, results/metrics-driven organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills via 1:1 and group interactions/routines, inclusive of MSOffice suite products, and PDS core technology.
  • Must have experience collaborating with high-performing teams both in local offices and remote locations.
  • Skill strengths: Proactive, Strategic and Forward thinking in nature

Estimated compensation for this position is:
100,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
