This manufacturer is a leader in designing and manufacturing high-quality and high-performance RF cables, assemblies, connectors, and custom solutions for military, aerospace, and space applications.

Quality ManagerResponsibilities:
- Oversee and train a team of 10-15 quality personnel including engineers, technicians, and inspectors.
- Oversee quality metrics, engage with customers, and gather product feedback.
- Maintain and support the management system.
- Ensures compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to respond to information requests and resolve non-conformities.
You will be successful in this role if you have a background in management and quality within manufacturing.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible day shift hours.
Quality ManagerQualifications:
- Over 2 years of Quality Engineering or equivalent experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a Leadership or Management role within quality within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience running audits.
- Knowledge of AS9100.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000, depending on experience.
