Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have previous HVAC technical experience, high-energy, and be an effective communicator.
- Experience with management and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and able to adapt to fast paced environments and deadlines.
- Proficient in reading blueprints.
- Advance Microsoft Office mainly Excel and Adobe experience.
- Must have clean MVR.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of the construction service department as well as technicians.
- Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and hours used on job.
- Work directly with project management team, organize, direct and coordinate to achieve outstanding customer service.
- Manage client relationships with customers and contractors.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
