Purpose: Oversee continual improvement of the quality management system (QMS) to maintain CQM accreditation. To manage quality inspections on products and materials to ensure that they conform to the required standards and customer’s specifications. This position monitors and verifies products are manufactured and meet the predetermined quality standards/specifications for our customers. The knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations for quality control work, as well as supervisory techniques and a working knowledge of policies and procedures will be used daily.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains quality assurance staff.
- Supervise incoming material and finished product inspections based on established customer and product specifications
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required ISO/CQM requirements for quality, functionality, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Ensures the integrity of the QMS when changes are planned and implemented.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
- Coordinates product lab testing processes.
- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Three to five years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience.
