As Quality Assurance Manager you are expected to have good working knowledge of ISO9001, IPC-A-610, and be able to perform Management Reviews, Quality Audits, Review processes and recommend changes. Candidate must be familiar with the electronics manufacturing environments as well as able to inspect using automated optical and X-Ray systems. Familiar with NCR and Process Improvement. Calibration requirements as well as developing in house simple calibration processes to calibrate equipment. Candidate must have soldering skills and capable of inspecting to IPC. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
