Dynamic Group is a premier plastic injection molding and mold building company with two locations in the Northwest suburbs of Minneapolis, MN. We provide medical molded parts in our Ramsey location where production runs on 3 shifts throughout the week. We are also recognized as a leader in small, complex and precision injection molds for a variety of industries in our Coon Rapids, MN location. We employ one of the finest teams in our industry!

We are looking for a 3rd ShiftQuality Inspector to join our Ramsey team!

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Performs accurate inspections of molded plastic parts, in-process and final inspections.
• Performs First Article Inspections accurately and expediently.
• Performs OQ/PQ inspections accurately and expediently.
• Maintains and updates in-process inspection and final inspection folders.
• Performs receiving inspections.
• Conducts functional tests.
• Conducts internal audits of files.
• Performs duties in accordance to Quality System documentation, including the Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Takes necessary steps to verify work output meets company quality standards and customer requirements.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Ability to read blue prints.
• Ability to use inspection tools and equipment (including calipers, gages, micrometers, CMM, drop indicators, etc.).
• Must be flexible and able to handle the demands and pressures of a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite (proficient in Excel).

Working Knowledge Of

• ISO 13485:2016 standards preferred.
• General manufacturing.
