A Regulatory Assurance Specialist checks the implementation of the quality system, conducts internal audits focusing on the PL (Product Liability) aspect and seeks improvements by sharing findings from critical processes and products.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Maintain and supplement the Quality Management System as part of ISO internal audits based on audit findings
2. Organize internal audits for PL (Product Liability) related processes and areas across the facility.
3. Document findings to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards and identify any deviations.
4. Prepare technical reports on quality issues.
5. Coordinate meetings with related divisions to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
6. Respond to regular external regulatory inspection such as UL/CSA.
7. Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Associate degree in any field of Engineering or any other related fields. (Bachelor's degree preferred)
2. Experience: Minimum 0~2 years of internal audit experience in manufacturing industry. (Laundry product experience preferred ).
3. Knowledge: Ability to read and follow written standards and work instructions. Able to use a variety of hand tools (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
4. Skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Attention to details.
5. Global role. Frequent Interaction with HQ for asking guidance
