Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to define the scope of technical programs and develop effective solutions to challenges, including unique or controversial problems. The ideal candidate will routinely utilize company systems, meeting all site requirements with minimal supervision, while also assisting in teaching and guiding less senior professionals.
Duties:
- Incorporate Quality Assurance Engineering practices into problem-solving and QA program planning, including complex features such as enhanced QA requirements and difficult coordination of oversight requirements.
- Coordinate various phases of activities and perform program development work in assigned fields.
- Provide technical support to the site training division on a rotational basis, offering QA expertise and guidance.
- Design, develop, and implement QA training programs based on specific quality engineering principles and regulatory requirements.
- Define specific problems based on general information from management and customers, planning Quality Assurance efforts and coordinating activities with other divisions, departments, and sections.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance requirements, proper utilization and training of personnel, and compliance with approved schedules and staffing estimates.
- Support facility/project needs within assigned areas by conducting reviews and determining scheduling requirements.
- Demonstrate cost and schedule consciousness through timely completion of assigned tasks and programs.
- Effectively communicate results and objectives to stakeholders and management.
- Routinely communicate QA program and corrective action status with relevant personnel.
- Develop a working knowledge of organizations and management systems to facilitate CQF efficiency and service.
- Serve as a QA expert in evaluating the QA programs of major program participants, recommending corrective actions and providing judgment on project potential.
Required Qualifications:Education:
- Must Qualify in one of the following:
- PH.D. degree in Engineering/Science with 2 years of QA, QC, or Engineering experience.
- MS degree in Engineering/Science with 5 years of QA, QC, or Engineering experience.
- BS degree in Engineering/Science with 7 years of QA, QC, or Engineering experience.
- Non-Technical degree with 10 years of QA, QC, or Engineering experience.
- At least 13 years of multi-disciplined professional QA or engineering-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Experience/Skills:
- Current auditor and lead auditor certification from WSRC or prior employer is desired.
- Must be able to define specific problems based on general information and coordinate activities to solve problems.
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
