Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
Education/Experience:
Degree in related field, or 3 years technical related experience.
BS Technical field, 0-2 years Quality Engineering experience.

Responsibilities
- Have a thorough understanding and be able to apply the ISO 9000 concepts and the government quality requirements.
- Be able to prepare various quality plans and reports as related to contract requirements.
- Provide imaginative, thorough and practical solutions to a wide range of technical problems involving the conventional utilization of Quality Engineering techniques.
- Conceives and plans projects involving the development of new methods to attain objectives.
- Reviews engineering designs and specifications for translation into inspection verification methods.
- Determines gage and instrumentation adequacy, needs and future usage.
- As a member of the Material Review Board, participates in disposition process and reviews with customer representatives.
- Develops, implements and reviews corrective action and process improvements.
- Conduct inspections and/or audits of supplier facilities or products.
