Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support engineering investigation into customer-returned hardware
- Provide engineering support for on-site production issues regarding assembly and test
- Support reliability and communicate directly with the customer on returned hardware
- Provide engineering analysis for quality notifications created for defective production units
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other technical fields
- 1+ years of Manufacturing or Quality Engineering experience working Engineering disposition of QN's
- Engineering Analysis and Investigation Experience
- Due to the nature of the role, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

- Knowledge of Assembly process
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
