Quality Engineer

A fast-growing manufacturing company in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Requirements of the Quality Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in a Quality role performing responsibilities that are the same as or similar to those listed in the job summary
• Hands-on experience with testing equipment including but not limited to depth gage, calipers, micrometers, tape measure, product gauges, and CMM preferred
• Experience in quality system and process audits
• Familiarity with Polyworks or similar QC software would beneficial

Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer

• Support product launches, engineering changes, and/or improvement changes at customer locations and ensure Quality systems are updated to compliance
• Assists in training new Quality employees in all aspects of Quality inspections and document training with education and training sign-in sheets
• Monitor floor to ensure product is produced to customer specification and inspection activities are being conducted in accordance with control plan requirements
• Prepare and submit PPAP per customer requirements

Full-Time, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $85,000 - $90,000 a year, depending on experience
