Job Description
- A member of the Plant Quality Team.
- Complete assigned inspection tasks, ensuring these tasks are reported using the mandated inspection templates, and, when necessary, reorganize tasks to meet deadline changes and updates as communicated by the Plant management team and Quality Team Lead.
- Stay updated on the Quality Manual and Procedures, use of templates, etc.
- Participate as requested in sample production with the sales and manufacturing teams and manage samples inventory and catalog, including samples disposal calendar.
- Submit inspection reports to Quality Team Lead for escalation to the main warehouse and/or manufacturing teams. Suggest corrective actions to the Plant Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, Team Leads, and Director of Distribution.
- Participate in the analysis of inspection reports using the Quality SharePoint archive or other such digital system described in the Quality Manual and Procedures
- Help maintain vendor scorecards for the Plant and report these to the FPC Quality Director and Supply Chain Director.
- Deliver on Plant Quality Team KPI, such as inspection time to completion, number of inspection tasks per team member per hour, cost per inspection, system accuracy, and analytics integrity.
- Comply with all OSHA safety requirements in the Plant Quality Team.
- Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed.
- Meet all assigned goals and assist others in accomplishing their goals.
