Position –Quality Control Technician
Job Location – Ixonia, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – $22+/hr Depends on Experience

Required Education – Associate degree or certification preferred.
Responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities and the production tooling/ processes deployed to produce the finished products.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Manager in leading the quality processes at two sites.
- Check part tolerances and accuracy with supplied gauges and complete provided inspection reports for both internally and externally produced parts.
- Audit production processes to determine capability and execution per standard work and process control sheets.
- Assist in finding root causes for deviations and documenting findings for any deviations to standards.
- First Piece inspections need to be performed as required. (Radio will be provided with ear Piece)
- All RGA’s from customers are to be inspected as to why they were wrong, what happened and documented.
- PPAPS will need to be created in levels. Customers will advise on which level they will need from Level 1 up to Level 5
- Manage data input into JB2 to provide database for developing corrective actions and counter measures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred in Engineering or Business
- 5-8 years of hands-on quality experience in an ISO certified environment required.
- Prior involvement in the Program Management of an ISO site initial site audit.
- Active involvement in ASQ required with certification preferred.
- Forklift experience required.
