Job Description

Job Summary
We are focused on diagnostics, inspections, data collection, and light repairs or replacements, along with calibrations of heavy-duty vehicles and software systems. Routine walking, data collection and documentation, and OSHA safety protocols are common in this position.

Essential Job Duties
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

· Ability to operate a motor vehicle

· Full understanding of OSHA and field safety regulations

· Reading, writing, and math skills

· Advanced data collection and documentation procedures

· Software systems and diagnostics

· Troubleshooting and critical thinking

Skills/Requirements

· General understanding of Quality Control procedures

· Willingness to learn, adapt, and be able to walk long distances

· Strong documentation and accuracy skills

· Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders

· Ability to effectively communicate with others and strong Time Management Skills

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· 2-4 years of college education or equivalent training preferred

· Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check

· Personable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach to internal and external customers and vendors

· Maintain a well-groomed appearance
