Works directly with manufacturing, packaging and warehouse departments to ensure Quality requirements are met in a nutraceutical facility.
- Performs incoming inspections of materials to ensure compliance to AMF Pharma standards
- Performs in-process testing to ensure in-process specifications are met
- Reviews and approves in-process activities in batch records
- Approves in-process materials for advancement to the next processing stage
- Assists in R&D
- Assists in GMP and SOP training; Assists in audits to ensure compliance with cGMP’s and SOP’s.
- Assists in Complaint investigations.
- Providing assistance to other personnel as requested with regards to any quality issues including document retrieval and archival
- Play active role during regulatory inspection as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification and Experience:
2 years Quality Control experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations preferred
