JOB SUMMARY:The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for testing Golf Clubs built at our facility and ensuring that all processes, products, build, and quality standards are met in an unbiased approach. This position will report to the Quality Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Validates accuracy of components used to build Golf Club against Sales Order and Build Sheet
- Evaluates built Golf Club for production defects, physical damage, and build criteria, ensuring built products are within established tolerances
- Accurately records inspection findings into system calling out identified defects and routing to proper channel for investigation or correction
- Collaborates with production and operations team members to provide Club Champion customers with the highest-level quality products
- Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1-3 years in a Quality Control/related role
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of Golf Clubs and parts, familiarity with brands, types, etc. (preferred)

- Willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays
