A Little Bit About the Position

Elevate your career as a Quality Control Specialist at Gemini, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality submission and efficient throughput of requests. With excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and project coordination aptitude, you'll conduct in-depth research and analysis while working with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Embracing our core values and culture, you'll maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. Your contribution to cross-functional projects and commitment to continuous improvement will drive efficiency. You'll engage in Gemba Walks and Quality Assurance Testing to identify and address quality at the source. • Location: Hybrid-remote at our Rocklin, CA office 
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Compensation: $21.63-$28.37/hr

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of progressive experience in a related position is preferred 
• High School diploma or equivalent required, college education desired
• Conduct Quality Control audits and Gemba walks
• Produce metrics and conduct reporting
• Enter Kaizens to promote quality work
• Excellent time management skills, including ability to multitask and prioritize workload on a daily basis
• Strong self-management aptitude and team collaboration

• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Demonstrate accuracy, dependability and consistency with work assignments and expectations
• Advanced technical aptitude including operations of a personal computer, business phone, office software and other computer programs including the use of Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.) and Asana
• Promote Gemini core values, standards of conduct/integrity and its culture by employing high ethical standards and leading by example
