Construction Quality Control Manager
Summary of Position
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing Quality Control processes, procedures, and documentation on one or multiple projects. You will:
- Develop and lead a Quality Control team to execute successful job specific QC programs.
- Assist project team in resolving outstanding quality concerns. Troubleshoot and problem solve as required on all projects.
- Prepare Quality Control Project Plans, including Definable Features of Work, inspection requirements, and testing plan. Prepare appropriate, targeted field forms associated with this Plan.
- Assist team in preparing proposals with specific focus on technical approach and Quality Control program.
- Engage directly with the Project team, owner, subcontractors, and all other project stakeholders to ensure the Quality program and initiatives are achieved.
- Review warranty analytics and incorporate lessons learned into Quality Control Program.

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to 140,000 and is commensurate with experience and training.
