Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct the team that ensures the quality and reliability of the product through the implementation of a control and quality system in accordance with the requirements of the client and applicable regulations, to achieve profitability and sustainable development of the business.
- Audit processes, product and quality system in different areas of the company according to the annual audit plan for compliance with the ISO 9000 system
- Coordinate the application and use of the Special Quality Plans throughout each of the inspection processes of the production line
- Define the monitoring and control mechanisms necessary to measure the behavior of the internal defective, surveillance of critics and adherence to procedure
- Evaluate the proposals and changes in the Quality Control and assurance system oriented to new quality methodologies and advances inspection technologies
- Supervisor the implementation, validation and effectiveness of the corrective actions resulting from the analysis of the cause of the complaint, failures and or internal deviations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality operations in a manufacturing environment

- Knowledge of internal audit guildelines, ISO 9000 standards, and Quality management systems
