SalarySummary:
We are hiring a Quality Control Associate! Quality Control Associates are critical in supporting Quality Control tasks and workflow. They are detail oriented, familiar with berry characteristics (both varietal and physical appearance), and effective at describing fruit health. The ideal candidate for this role has at least 1+ years of Quality Control experience, is a self-starter, and is capable of working in fast-paced environments.
Responsible for:
- Inspecting freshly harvested fruit
- Assigning quality grades to fruit/lots
- Using QA tools (temperature probe, weight scale, refractometer)
- Printing PTI tags
- Occasional travel to different coolers
- Occasional travel to company office in Salinas
Qualifications:
- Team oriented work ethic
- Effective working independently
- Analytical
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communicator
- Experience with ERP systems: iSolve (preferred not required)
- Bilingual (preferred not required)

Pay: $19.12 - $23.03 per hour
