Job Description
As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Quality Control processes to ensure the consistent delivery of top-notch products/services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement QC Policies: Establish and implement effective Quality Control policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product/service quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, operations, and other departments to identify and address quality-related issues promptly.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the root causes of defects or deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions.
Performance Metrics: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track quality performance, providing regular reports to management.
Employee Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on Quality Control procedures and ensure awareness of quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and operational efficiency.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Control procedures and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
