Job Summary:
SUVI is seeking a Quality Assurance Test Engineer to support the sustainment and maintenance of the Air Force Security Assistance Training Tuition Tool.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Creates and engineers all testing workflows for each system change.
- Creates workflows to support T2 enhancements for user ease.
- Engineers all testing.
- Performs smoke testing.
- Performs testing for T2 application functionality.
- Performs all workflow testing after each release to ensure product meets AF stakeholder standards.
- Supports all User Acceptance Testing set up and walk throughs for AF stakeholders.
- Creates all testing documentation and after-action reporting.
- Maintains T2 sandbox (sandbox is the testing environment where code changes are deployed and tested for bugs prior to release).
- Tests workflows for bug re-creation to resolve bug issues.
- Manage Azure Dev Ops in the support of sprints for agile methodologies. Create Use case Documentation according to the CMMI III standards.
- Create Test Plans, Test Cases and Test execution (Functional and Regression Testing) in Azure DevOps using Azure Test Plan extensions for a minimum of 5 years. (AZ-900 /ISTQB CFTL certifications preferred)
- Use CMMI level III standards for documenting all system changes/enhancements.
- Have a minimum of 5 years in the role actively supporting the Program Manager to create Test documentation to support the Air Force Security Principles and Authorize to Operate compliances.
- Exposure to working with cost factors like civilian and military pay benefits, flying commodity costs, Inflation costs, Munitions costs and other relevant Military pricing Services and Articles.
- Defect Tracking to ensure proper closure of defects raised during the testing process
- Ability to work in a cross functional team, Robust exposure to SCRUM methodology (Certified Scrum Master/Certified Product Owner preferred certifications)
- Create Monthly status reports, attend periodic meetings and lead discussions for problem resolution.
- Provide workflows for duplication of bugs found in production and create test data for the development team to work upon.
- Conduct formal and informal reviews throughout the software development lifecycle to provide input on functional requirements,
- Supports all User Acceptance Testing set up and walk throughs for AF stakeholders.
- Maintain T2 sandbox (sandbox is the testing environment where code changes are deployed and tested for bugs prior to release).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance required.
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree with desired emphasis in information technology, computer science or related.
- Must have 8+ years’ Domain knowledge in Testing in DoD Financial services or any foreign military service applications to Create Use case and conduct requirement analysis in collaboration with the SME for the new requirements.
- Must possess IAT Level II Certification.
