At Prudential Overall Supply, our Quality Assurance team plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for superior products. As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll support the efforts of the Director of Quality Assurance in implementing the quality and operating procedures.

Assignment and direction of the following duties shall be under the head of Quality Assurance and the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing of garments, bags, and other items inside a controlled environment. Use analytical tools (i.e.: Microscope, particle counters, scale, calculator, etc).
• Schedule daily workload with minimal supervision.
• Schedule work in a team environment.
• Interface with customers on phone and during visits or audits.
• Read and interpret customer specifications and industry standards.
• Write reports, document and maintain test data, and issuing testing certifications.
• Assist corporate QA in the performance of Internal Audits of the Quality Management System.
• Keeping files and data up-to-date and organized.
• Delegation of duties and tasks to QA staff.
• Assist corporate QA during customer and third party audits.
• Coaching, training and supervision of QA employees.
• Assist in implementation of Quality System throughout the Cleanroom (CR) Division.
• Investigate nonconformance and corrective actions. Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed for product excursions or test failures.
• Attends monthly plant management reviews.
• Prepares written “Quality Report” on a monthly basis and present at Management Reviews.
• Travels to other plants for training and support as needed.
• Oversee the plant calibration system and schedule calibrations per master listing.
• Bi-Lingual preferred (English-Spanish)
