Job Description:Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Perform routine product testing and analysis to assess quality, taste, and consistency
- Inspect and monitor the production process to identify any potential issues or defects
- Document and report any quality-related problems or concerns to the appropriate departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control tests, procedures, and results
- Train and educate production staff on Quality Assurance processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control and assurance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a quality assuance role
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is Required
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP standards, USDA, HACCP, AIB, SQF
- Experience with quality control testing equipment and procedures
