Primary job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
$1.50/hr Night Shift Differential
Eligible for Profit Sharing Bonuses
Report to front line leadership.
Promote a Safe & Productive team work environment
Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the goals of the department and the plant.
Communicate issues & upcoming events between shifts
Inspects and tests raw materials and plastic products following documented plant specifications.
Usage of measuring instruments and test equipment.
Examines surface of products for cosmetic defects, such as scratches, burns and discolorations.
In-process inspections on current production
Auditing of finished goods
Reporting all test & inspection results within Shop Floor software
Document, isolate and report non-conformances within production to front line leadership.
Perform routine housekeeping and cleaning as assigned/required
Uphold Safety Absolutes
Work & perform to ISO standards, SOPs & Work Instructions
Uphold Quality Standards & follow the Absolutes.
Other duties as assigned
Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting.
Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
Some computer skills
Capable of lifting up to 35lbs periodically
Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Bump Cap or Hard Hat, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Safety Shoes, Hearing Protection and Disposable Mask.
Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working required overtime.
High School Graduate or equivalent
Negative drug screen results.
Work in a safe manner
Ability to multi-task
