We are currently seeking a Software Qlty Assurance Sr. Specialist to join our team in Frisco, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Job Description:
- Stakeholder in customer meetings by participating in Application Design and Development discussions and provide QA insight and expertise
- Working under the direction of QA Director and project stakeholders, QA Lead will provide QA best practices , direction and oversight to the portfolio of applications under test
- Good understanding of healthcare products and services, variations of health insurance products, state of the art health plans associated with Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial LOB as used in the United States
- Design the Test Strategy for End to End and UAT across a cross-functional team
- Design test scenarios, test cases and manage execution for several phases of the project- Integration, E2E and potentially UAT
- Should work alongside with business and IT stakeholders to document and triage defects
- Collaborate testing with a wider UAT team with test case reviews, triage and defect management.
- Follow the team's SDLC /Agile/Hybrid methodology to execute testing by using the inhouse tools provided – JIRA for issue tracking and notes, Zephyr for creation of test cases, test results and publishing test reports.
- Ensure that delivery timelines are met by developing high quality test scripts and leveraging testing strategies to ensure changes are built/deployed without defects.
- Design end to end and UAT test scenarios around business requirements ( as needed)
- Maintain test traceability matrix within Zephyr ( Map requirements to test cases and failures)
- Should be a part of Agile team and participate in daily scrum meetings and provide day to day updates
- Identifying & analyzing test cases for various testing phases viz. functional, integration, UAT and smoke testing
- Should be capable of identifying scenarios to quality for automation testing if needed
- Create end to end test scenarios and execute them throughout the build roll out on various test environments as needed.
- 5 years' experience in coordinating large scale E2E activities for multiple teams
- Identification of test data for testing with little dependency on other teams
- Use tools like CBT/BitBar to conduct cross browser , device and multi-environment testing
Experience
- 5+ experience with leading testing and strategizing test plans
- 5 years' experience in coordinating large scale E2E activities for multiple teams
- 5-6 years in developing test scripts/cases from scratch using various testing tools viz. Zephyr, JIRA, ALM or Equivalent
- 5 -6 years experience defect management tool – JIRA, ALM or equivalent
- 4 years of experience working in a heath care environment (payer domain, Behavioral Health, Claims ,Authorizations, Enrollment, member and provider portals etc.)
- 5 years solid experience in creating end to end test scenarios across multiple systems
- 2-3 years of preferable experience working with AWS Cloud applications, devops
- 2-3 years of experience in Oracle, SQL databases in order to extract test data
- 4 years of experience with End to End testing across multiple applications
- Quick learner with focus on delivery and adhering to monthly deliverables
- 5 -6 years experience defect management tool – JIRA, ALM or equivalent
- Familiarity with mobile /mobile responsiveness testing tools like CBT, Bitbar, Perfecto, or equivalent

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($35.72/hour TO 74.42/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
