Job Summary
The QA Program Coordinator will support the QA Manager and other Workforce Services staff in providing quality services to our growing teams. The candidate will monitor client databases, provide case audits, assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to our funders, monitor and provide staff training, assist with the development of best practice protocols and assist with CARF and HCBS compliance as needed, among other tasks.
Office Location:
Hybrid of remote and in-person as needed at one of our office locations in southern or central Maine. Candidate should be comfortable and have experience with a hybrid environment that requires travel across southern, coastal, and central Maine.
Working Hours: Hourly, Monday through Friday standard daytime office hours, with occasional nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business, human services, human relations, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in workforce development or related fields.
