The Quality Assurance Manager will:

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance policies and procedures
• Oversee the planning and execution of quality control activities
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Quality Assurance programs
• Provide training and guidance to employees on Quality Assurance processes
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements

A Successful Quality Assurance Manager Will:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management)
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or related roles
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO standards)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision

We offer a total rewards package, including:

• Salary $90,000-$110,000 (depends on experience and ability to make an impact)

This is a full-time, onsite position.  Days and hours of work are based upon Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
