- Manage positive release reviews on all products before release to Commerce
- Administer the Hold and Release Process for Raw materials and finished products
- Make recommendations for batch approval or rejection based on review of batch related results on per lot basis
- woark with other depts in developing and obtaining information for use in prep of production batch documents
- Participate in team meetings
- Communicate between departments
- Coordinated with appropriate personel for creation and/or updating of product specs
- Develop and maintain various related programs including sanitation, allergen (ie GFCO - Gluten Free Certification Org), HACCP, IPM, microbiological testing, weight control, product recall, self-audits
- responsible for maintenance and control of documentain for co. compliance
- Provide services to support and maintain current good manufacturing practices(cGMP)
- Develop and deliver staff performance reviews
- Prepare facility for regulatory audits
- Preparte custome and 3rd party audits
- create and review SOP's as needed
