Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist to join the M&J Precision team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product documentation meets the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant requirements. Your expertise in Quality Assurance will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

`Responsibilities

· Compile all documentation required for customer delivery of Aerospace hardware.

· Review document packages prior to part shipment.

· Ensure all documentation packages are complete and correct.

· Ensure all documentation packages comply with customer requirements.

· Verify all drawing notes are dimensions are documented and there is objective evidence of acceptance.

· May compile metrics on performance of various quality functions.

Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· 1-2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in documents preferred.

· Experience in an Aerospace AS9100 manufacturing facility.

· Understanding of Technical Specifications and GD&T.

· Experience with machining and processing requirements a plus.

· Attention to detail is a must.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Must work with a sense of urgency.

· Must have proficient PC skills and be able to use various software applications including excel and adobe.
