We are adding a Quality Assessment Licensed Practical Nurse to our team!
Here at Legacy Hospice, we hire highly talented and uniquely qualified nurses to provide exceptional oversight of our QAPI program and policies. Our QAPI nurses assess the collection, monitor, and submit quality measures that meet regulatory, accreditation, and standards of practice. Legacy Hospice expects our employees to communicate with compassion and empathy with their patients, families, and the communities we serve.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing.
- Three (3) to five (5) year's clinical nursing experience. (An emphasis on in-home care/hospice nursing is preferred).
- Excellent understanding of infectious disease control and prevention, performance improvement, quality assessment, and utilization management.
- Is self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective social interaction, communication, organizational skills and the ability to perform various tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license required due to travel requirement.
- Carry personal auto liability insurance coverage.

- Complete online training with your team.
- Shadow your team members to learn more about hands-on hospice care
