Job Objective
Manage the Quality Assurance and risk management program to identify, assess and mitigate actual and potential losses and exposures, infection control, start of care for Home Health and Hospice clients as indicated.

Job Standards
1. Current Wisconsin RN license, home health/hospice and med-surg experience preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in QA/Risk management in a home health setting.
3. Oasis certified or willing to get certification within 120 days of hire.
4. Ability to work with MS office, Excel, and provide data entry.
5. Ability to analyze date from Excel spread sheets and other reports.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills using tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
7.Excellent subject matter knowledge, data management and presentation skills.
8. Excellent organization and process management skills.
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and have the initiative, problem solving collaboration, persuasion and teamwork skills to develop and implement QA and risk mitigation solutions for wide range of exposures and issues.
10. Ability to set priorities and multitask.
