What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand organic search performance across multiple global markets.
- Work with Account Managers to create custom Excel or Google Analytics reports for clients.
- Identify growth opportunities in core areas such as site infrastructure, keyword selection, or on-page factors optimization.
- Track & monitor SEO engagement performance and provide insights to Account Managers.
- Assist with the analysis of SEO issues and help develop actionable solutions based on findings.
- Lead presentations of produced deliverables and address client questions/feedback.
- Provide timely responses to client questions via e-mails or other platforms
- Monitor, research, and blog about industry trends.
- Assist with promotions, content, analytics, etc.
- Proactively listening and participating in cross-division planning and strategies for all assigned clients.

The hiring base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000. We also offer incentive pay. Beginning Q2 2024, this role will be eligible for our new RevShare program comprising a monthly variable commission opportunity and a discretionary annual bonus.
Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
