QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (healthcare non-profit) P/T

Metropolitan Family Services, Inc., a small and growing nonprofit organization that works in the healthcare industry with disabled individuals. We offerpeople with intellectual and developmental disabilities a comprehensive range of services across their lifespan. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to conduct and interpret audits and compliance requirements for various programs. The Quality Assurance Manager interacts with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organization's internal controls and develops tools to maintain legal and ethical integrity.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

·Audit programs, departments, Medicaid billing

. Coordinates Incident Review Committee and incidents

· Monitor training attendance and updates

QUALIFICATIONS:

· B.A. Degree in Social Work or related field

· management experience in non-profit environment

· Experience with OPWDD

Work Schedule

Part Time

Hours: 15-19 hours per week

Rate: $26.00 p/h
