SalaryThis is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm.
Experience operating a forklift is required.
Job Description and Duties:
- Receive all deliveries. Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
- Process and prioritize intakes. Report any damage to supervisors.
- Handle and process damage items to MFG.
- Process returns from customers.
- Mark stock items using identification stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
- Assist in restocking warehouse supplies.
- Clean and maintain all bins in order.
- Quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping related work when needed.
- Complete inventory review, including counting, receiving, and putting away inventory to allocated locations, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Clean assigned aisles by moving items from the bins in detail.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leads and Managers.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and speak English language for the purpose of comparing and reading product descriptions, names and shelf labels.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and Quality Assurance skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions.
- Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.
- Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
- Have a good overall understanding of DC workflow and can work with minimal guidance.
- Ability to help train and assist associates when needed
- Must be a team player and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must maintain appropriate attendance standards.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs without restriction.
- Must be able to stand on feet for duration of shift.
