SalaryOverview:
Engage in requirement gathering and understanding, and do detailing of the same as a part of Test planning.

Responsibilities: - Requirement Gathering: Understand requirements and related workflow across systems/applications under scope (15%)
- Tools Management: Experience working on various Test Management suites, selecting tools and techniques for achieving Test scope, and ensuring availability of testing environment across the test lifecycle (20%)
- Testing Process: Create and document test plan, participate in development phase of applications to build Test approach, and prepare test data for assigned test cases (15%)
- Defect Analysis: Perform RCA of any deviations with respect to defects, test delays, and related issues, and collect and analyze test metrics data (20%)
- Reports Management: Administer training related testing and produce testing reports, interpreting and explaining test results to clients (15%)
- Team Management: Estimate module level effort, assess knowledge needs for the team, and facilitate knowledge acquisition (15%)
- Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
- MSc/BE/Masters in IT/Computer Science (Desired)
- QA testing – Test methods, strategy, Test automation frameworks, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Integration of tools, Root cause analysis
- 5-9 years of work experience
- Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects
- Advanced level - Microsoft office,
