TITLE: Quality Assurance Analyst

TYPE: This is a 4 x 10 Type Shift, will include weekends. Posted schedule is 4 x 10-hour days AND will include weekends. Will train on 1st shift (6am-430pm) and will then work on 2nd (2pm-1230am) or 3rd (10pm-830am) shift.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate is a maximum range of $32.00 to $34.00. This will annualize to an estimated range of $64,000 to $68,000 based on 40 hour work weeks and 50 of 52 working weeks per year. OT is payable at 1.5X base rate and will add to the overall compensation based on actual hours worked.
The position is responsible for providing daily Quality Assurance support to the manufacturing site to ensure internal and regulatory cGMP and CFR requirements are met. Quality Assurance support areas include but are not limited to Batch Record Review, Product Release, Standard Operating Procedures, Investigations, CAPA, Change Control, Shop Floor Audits. The position will interact with other departments including Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality Laboratories, Quality Systems, Validation, Engineering, Maintenance and other departments as it relates to site Quality Assurance responsibilities.
Candidates should have GDP review and GMP experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Review Batch Records
- Conduct walk throughs on shop floor (daily and monthly)
- Ensure Quality and Compliance are met
- cGMP experience required
- Help identify any issues and correct to improve efficiency
- Provide support with Audits and SOPs
- Excellent Communication skills required
- Detail oriented; problem solver
- Automation environment experience required
- SAP and LIMS a plus
